You can hire the function room for any event, and if you want to have food, you're always welcome to bring a selection of buffet food with you, but for a small fee, you can hire the kitchen if you want to cook for your guests (or if one of them wants to cook for you!).

BOOKING FORM

To make an enquiry to reserve the use of the Upstairs Function Room at a future date, please fill in the form below and one of the team will get back to you as soon as possible.

The Three Swans bookings policy:

We do not charge for hiring our beautiful upstairs room, but we do ask that some rules are followed so that we are able to continue to do this safely for everyone.

  • Please take care when moving any tables or chairs, some of them are very heavy and some are quite fragile! If you do move any furniture please ensure the room is left as you found it

  • Any rubbish/left-over food shall be put in the bins provided by the customer/guests, and removed by the establishment.

  • Any decorations will be taken down and taken away by the customer/guests, or the establishment will discard of them.

  • Anyone under the age of 18 attending the function must not leave the Function Room without an adult, after 7pm. This includes using the facilities downstairs.

  • Please do not let children play on the stairs and/or landing.

  • Any well-behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead and with their owner at all times. We are carrying trays of drinks and do not want any accidents with glasses, and do not want any dogs wandering around the establishment unsupervised.

  • Any damages/breakages must be reported to a member of staff and may incur a charge.

  • Any music being played (recorded music only at present) must be kept at a low volume and finish by 11:00 pm. We do not have a speaker systems so advise customers to bring their own ipod/phone and speakers.

  • Everyone attending the function must have vacated the establishment by midnight at the very latest or earlier if informed to do so by management or in case of an emergency.
