WELCOME…

The Three Swans is one of the oldest pubs in Frome, small in size but big in character and will make you feel right at home. Since reopening in 2014, it provides the perfect spot to enjoy a drink or two, homemade snacks, and traditional board games. Located in the centre of town, it’s the perfect place to visit for everything from a simple quiet break from an afternoon of shopping, to an evening of fun and laughter.

The Landlord, Jim, and the fantastic team of staff ensure that you will always receive a friendly welcome as soon as you walk in the door, and nothing is ever too much trouble.

The stoves in every room of the pub help to create a warm, cozy atmosphere on the colder days of the year, and the quaint courtyard serves as a great space to enjoy the afternoon sunshine as well a shelter to hide from the rain.

Traditionally, the pub is split in two - a public bar and a lounge bar downstairs, as well as a spacious room upstairs, ideal for meetings or small celebrations. Eclectic furnishings and a gorgeous décor chosen by Proprietor Chris, makes every visit to The Three Swans an enjoyable one.

There is attention to detail in everything we do at The Three Swans – from the drinks and food we serve, the furniture and décor we provide, and the service we pride ourselves on. We hope that this means you always feel welcome, have an enjoyable visit, and will be desperate to return.

The Three Swans welcomes well-behaved dogs and we even sell biscuits for our canine friends, with all profits going to the Bath Cats and Dogs Home. We do make a couple of requests regarding dogs: to keep them on a lead whilst you're here and that they do go home by 8pm on Friday and Saturday nights, when it can quickly get too noisy and busy for them. 

It is worth mentioning that well-behaved children are also welcome at the pub! Any Under 18’s must be taken home by 7pm.
