This year’s Frome Festival celebrates the 200th anniversary of JW Singer whose foundry produced many famous iconic statues around the UK and the world, notably in London, with Boudica on the Embankment, and Justice on the Old Bailey.
The Festival will cover a wide range of arts, walks, talks, workshops and interests as ever. Good ol’ favourites include the Food Feast (Saturday 6th July), the Hidden Gardens (Friday 12th-Sunday 14th July), and the Open Studios. Headlining acts this year include ‘Judge Jules’, ‘The Coral’, and ‘Scouting for Girls’ at the Cheese and Grain; Jethro at the Memorial Theatre, Miracle Theatre company at the Merlin, and events at churches, halls, and pubs throughout the town and surrounding villages. Tickets are on sale now from the Cheese and Grain Box Office.
Although The Three Swans only has a couple of Festival events this year, we will be open throughout the week at our usual times for refreshment stops inbetween all your Festival Fun! Do come and visit us along the way!
